Gourmet Experience and Home of Excellent Wines

Regional produce, international sophistication: In our gourmet Restaurant Baldacci, we serve game from our own land, home-grown vegetables and salads, and for connoisseurs as an excellent complement to our cellar of great classic wines, Château Belá wines grown on the estate and considered Slovakia´s finest vintage.

On offer is an exquisite a-la-carte menu, a special seasonal menu offering up to 7 courses, as well as premium selection of beef dishes.

VINOTHECA

Château Belá´s Vinotheca is a rustical restaurant, serving Château Belá wines and typical dishes from the region, which can be enjoyed in front of an open fire in the restaurant, or pending good weather, out-door on the courtyard terrace.

Wines are served by the glass, while guests can choose to compose their own menu from the seasonal offering, or choose from classic and popular international dishes, including steaks.
